Cassandra is Bspoke’s self-described “data nerd” with 15 years of experience in the Texas title industry. She graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma before moving straight to Austin, Texas to volunteer for a year of AmeriCorps service. She spent her early career building marketing and fundraising efforts for various Central Texas nonprofits, notably College Forward, which offers vital help to low-income students in getting a college degree. She worked briefly in office leasing before joining the historic Gracy Title in Austin as a graphic designer and marketing specialist.
In her career in Title, Cassandra has worked in a wide array of roles and departments, including shared services, technology project management, escrow operations, education and training, data analysis, employee engagement and retention, and marketing strategy. She also specializes in automation, creating integrative systems that simplify workflows and build safeguards to prevent errors and losses.
